Any quote requested will only be valid one week from the date at the top right. 

To accept a quote and book your fire dancers for a specific date and time we need to receive proof of full payment at fireandflowstudio@gmail.com

We can not dance in the rain. 

We can not dance in windy conditions. 

We have the authority to assess a situation and choose not to dance should we decide that it would be the best option. The reason would most likely be, but is not limited to safety.

Payment is non-refundable under all circumstances. 

When a booking is made we prefer to visit the venue before the show date in order to do a safety check: whether there is enough space for us to perform in and or if there are additional precautions we should be prepared for. If the venue is far away a video of the performance area could be requested. Please be ready to provide us with a venue contact person if the person to give permission is not yourself. We will contact them (the venue) directly.

Although we are professional with years of experience of performing in a variety of environments, with no previous incidents, we do still perform with fire. Please be aware that there are always risk involved, thus in unlikely event of an accident, Fire & Flow will not be held responsible for, and no claims against the company can be made.
